Jumpstart the 2019 Spring Track season with this 4-week, 12-session track prep clinic. Clinic is open to youth athletes ages 8-17. Sessions will include strength and conditioning work, proper technique drills, core and balance exercises, and education on proper nutrition for sport, selecting the proper footwear and more. It’s cold outside but the start of your track season doesn’t have to be!
Monday & Thursday 6:30 -7:30 pm
Sunday 2-3:30 pm
